Abstract
Internal bleeding is a serious medical condition that occurs when blood leaks from damaged blood vessels into body cavities, tissues, or internal organs, and it is commonly associated with trauma, vascular injuries, bone fractures, surgical complications, or various diseases. This study aims to evaluate the diagnosis and management of internal bleeding from the perspectives of engineering, biomedical technology, and medical thermodynamics. In particular, advanced technological systems for monitoring, detecting, and controlling internal bleeding are discussed within the framework of Dr. Emin Taner Elmas’s studies based on ELMAS’s Theory of Thermodynamics, the 5th Law of Thermodynamics, energy transfer, fluid mechanics, and bio-robotic resonance approaches. The study examines sensor-based monitoring systems, smart biomedical devices, energy transfer models, and mathematical analysis methods developed through the interaction between biological systems and technological devices. In addition, engineering-based approaches for modeling blood flow dynamics, analyzing hemodynamic parameters, and rapidly identifying internal bleeding regions are emphasized. Furthermore, sustainable and innovative models for future healthcare technologies are presented through low-energy consumption systems, frequency-controlled biomedical technologies, and advanced medical engineering solutions. This holistic approach demonstrates the importance of multidisciplinary engineering applications in the diagnosis and management of internal bleeding and provides a theoretical and technological foundation for future medical technologies.
